ITD-68
ITD-68 gear oil for industrial equipment elements operating under loads, pressure and temperatures where high loads do not allow the use of oils without additives: various types of gearboxes, gears and bearings of industrial transmissions.
Optimal for lubrication of industrial equipment operating at medium and high loads, including shock, circulation systems of various mechanisms and other heavily loaded elements of industrial equipment - automatic hot stamping presses, machine tools, elevator equipment, conveyors, hoists, winches, mixers, dryers, extruders, rotary mechanisms, shaft couplings, screws and highly loaded sliding and rolling bearings operating at low speeds.
Industrial gear oil ITD-68 was created to unify the series of gear oils and replace ISP and IRP oils.
ITD 68 oil is a petroleum oil, mainly made from sulfurous oils with additives that improve lubricating, anti-acid, anti-corrosion, anti-wear and anti-seize properties. It reliably provides a stable liquid film for separating gear pairs, effectively reduces wear of friction surfaces, increasing the service life of parts, and also acts as a cooling liquid.
Advantages of use:
✓ meets the requirements of most equipment manufacturers;
✓ reduces the negative effects caused by the presence of water in the system;
✓ universal use in various hydraulic systems and components of propulsion equipment;
✓ excellent viscosity-temperature properties;
✓ heat removal from components and mechanisms;
✓ stable chemical composition of the oil throughout its service life;
✓ high demulsifying properties;
✓ protection of parts from corrosion and other chemical influences;
✓ high level of operational properties in contrast to I-40A, I-50A, MS-20 (when used as gear oils)
Compliance with international standards: ISO VG 68, DIN 51517-3 (CLP), ISO 12925-1 (CKC / CKD), AGMA 9005-E02, US Steel 224
When choosing an oil, be sure to pay attention to the operating manual for machinery and equipment, which clearly states the necessary oil parameters - viscosity, conditions of use and possible substitutes.
