DIMOIL PURE OIL F32 (White Oil)Transmission oil 80W-90 API GL-5 is designed for lubrication of mechanical transmissions with any type of gear, including hypoid. It can be used in drive axles and transfer cases of cars, trucks and other mobile equipment operating in the harshest operating conditions, where increased anti-seize and anti-wear properties are required.
High-quality mineral transmission oil, made on the basis of deep-cleaning base oils and a high-quality additive package. Guarantees high anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, thermally stable properties. Keeps transmission systems and mechanisms clean. Guarantees very good anti-wear properties, and also provides excellent protection against corrosion.
Used in rear axles and gearboxes of buses, axle transmissions of loaders, excavators, cranes, where the manufacturer recommends API GL-5 class oil.
Products with the GL-5 index have a higher additive content - up to 10%. This gives GL-5 increased anti-seize properties, which allows it to be used for gearboxes operating under high loads, including shock loads. However, the composition of additives differs from GL-4: in order to reduce the harmful effects on the environment, sulfur-phosphorus additives are used instead of lead. If there are parts made of copper and alloys containing copper in the gearbox, sulfur and phosphorus react with them, resulting in accelerated wear. Therefore, the use of GL-5 80W90 is permissible for lubricating only gearboxes that do not contain non-ferrous metal elements.
