Industrial oil I-12A (ISO VG 12)
Industrial oil I-12a – working fluid for systems of industrial industrial and machine tool equipment:
– volumetric hydraulic drives operating outdoors and indoors;
– high-speed and low-load gearboxes;
– bearing assemblies, low- and medium-load reducers and worm gears;
– variators;
– electromagnetic and gear clutches;
– spindles of metal-cutting machines operating at a speed of up to 5 thousand min-1;
– guide heads of spinning-boring, spinning-polishing and other machines;
– bearings of low-power electric motors with a ring lubrication system.
It is used in machines and mechanisms of industrial equipment, the operating conditions of which do not impose special requirements on the antioxidant and anti-corrosion properties of oils.
I-12 oil is also used in hydraulic systems and hydraulic drives of automotive, construction, road and special equipment operating outdoors in the temperature range from -5 to +70 °C.
I-12A oil is also used for the production of oils with additives, plastic antifriction and preservative lubricants, emulsifying mixtures, technological fluids.
